Support
TelemetryTV uses an AI assistant to manage support requests efficiently. Trained on thousands of resolved tickets, the assistant provides knowledgeable and prompt help. Just open the chat window on any TelemetryTV platform—website, documentation, or web app—to receive assistance quickly. Higher-tier plans offer additional support access through various channels.
Devices
TelemetryTV is designed to give your audience the best viewing experience possible, even if your devices lose connection. Through our media player app, content is cached to your local device, allowing the device to continue to cycle through content even if it loses its connection.
TelemetryTV only charges for the use of our software. You have the freedom to select and procure your hardware based on your preference and budget. You can view recommended hardware and purchase links on our hardware page.
TelemetryTV is compatible with TelemetryOS, Android, Chrome OS, Microsoft Windows, Linux, Fire OS devices, and PWA. When selecting your hardware, we recommend considering the core features you need, your business goals, and your budget. For a list of recommended devices, check out our hardware page.
If you have a device that is on a compatible operating system and has our required specifications, you can certainly test his device and use it with TelemetryTV. However, devices can vary widely in terms of reliability and performance. We have tested hundreds of devices and will only list devices that perform well. We will not support or troubleshoot any issues with devices not listed on our hardware page.
TelemetryTV only charges for the use of our software. We do not offer installation or device procurement services. This gives you the freedom to purchase and install your hardware based on your budget and preference.
No, TelemetryTV is a cloud-based digital signage CMS that operates on a SaaS subscription model. We do not offer an on-premise solution or a perpetual license option.
The cost of your video wall will depend on the number of screens you’re setting up and the device you choose to power those screens. We recommend working with an AV integrator to help procure and install video wall hardware. Check out our Getting Started with Video Walls documentation to learn more.
Pricing & Billing
After your free trial expires, you will only have access to the billing section. Upon upgrading, you will gain access to all of TelemetryTV’s capabilities according to your chosen plan. If you opt to provide a payment method before the end of your free trial, your account will be automatically upgraded accordingly.
You can cancel your plan at any time and it will expire at the end of your current billing period. As per our terms and conditions, we are not able to process refunds. Please consider purchasing a monthly subscription rather than an annual subscription if you are unable to commit to a full year.
We offer the ability to execute a custom MSA/SLA on our Enterprise Plan which starts at a minimum of 100 screens. See our Terms & Conditions.
You can pay for subscriptions with higher device volumes via wire transfer or cheque (tracked mail only). Check if you are eligible for this option by sending a message through chat.
Content Management
You can schedule a single page, multiple pages, or an entire playlist with TelemetryTV’s advanced scheduling features. Or, you can choose to set a page to take over the screen for a specific period of time using Overrides. This feature allows you to take over the screen during a specific time and pause your other assigned playlists so you only see a specific piece of content.
User permissions can be adjusted by establishing groups within your TelemetryTV account. Therefore, assign users to groups or roles and then set permission levels accordingly.
Dashboards can be easily and securely integrated into your digital signage playlists using our Web Screenshots capability, even if they are behind a login screen.
TelemetryTV's Ad Campaigns feature allows you to view information about how and when your advertisement pages or a specific piece of media are displayed across different displays and devices
Using Ad Campaigns, you can get real-time information about the display duration, display location and total playbacks of your advertisements in a single informative dashboard or a detailed .csv file to send to your clients.Check out our Advertiser page to learn more.
